Established Walnut Creek firm is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Marketing & Client Development Director.
This dynamic, forward-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, attending industry events, and representing a respected professional organization throughout the Bay Area. Regular travel to conferences, networking events, and client functions is required; however, in recognition of that commitment, we offer flexibility with in-office hours.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with new people while developing and maintaining meaningful professional relationships. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.
We are also looking for someone who brings creativity and fresh ideas to the table. This role offers the opportunity to help develop compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, social media content, event initiatives, and visual branding that showcase our firm's strengths and culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending and representing the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions throughout the Bay Area
- Assisting with client development and relationship-building initiatives
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Creating and enhancing marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and visual content
- Identifying new opportunities to increase the firm's visibility and strengthen client engagement
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support business development efforts
