Description
The Role- Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising mandates across the Business Services sector.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for managing live transactions from preparation through to completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for management teams, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients.
- Manage junior team members and drive high-quality analytical and marketing output.
- Support senior bankers in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Contribute to sector coverage initiatives and help build the team's presence within the Business Services market.
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of M&A experience gained within:
- A Big 4 Corporate Finance / M&A practice.
- A respected mid-market investment bank or advisory platform.
- Strong track record executing UK and European M&A transactions.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of deal delivery.
- Comfortable leading client interactions and coordinating advisers throughout a transaction.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Strong commercial judgement and excellent financial analysis skills.
