Shadow Wood Country Club is a premier private club in Southwest Florida, recognized for its 54 holes of championship golf and exceptional member service.

We are seeking a PGA Professional or hospitality-minded leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. The Locker Room Manager is a Full-Time, Year-Round position, that oversees the daily operations of the Men's and Ladies Locker Rooms and shoe service area, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and personalized service.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• PGA Member preferred, but not required.
• Private club or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional member service.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, member-first attitude.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Men's and Ladies Locker Rooms and shoe service area.
• Supervise, train, and support the locker room attendants while maintaining service standards.
• Welcome members and guests by name while providing warm, personalized service.
• Ensure all locker room areas are maintained in exceptional condition throughout the day.
• Oversee the Club's shoe service operation, including cleaning, polishing, and proper care of members' golf shoes.
• Manage locker assignments and locker maintenance.
• Maintain inventory levels of locker room supplies.
• Coordinate towel distribution and laundry operations to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Maintain daily operating procedures and service standards for all locker room operations.
• This position reports directly to the Director of Golf and works closely with the Golf Operations and Housekeeping teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Capable of performing the physical requirements associated with locker room operations.
