Wisconsin Property Inspections is a locally owned, veteran-owned company looking to add another outstanding Home Inspector to our team. We're searching for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees.
What We're Looking For
Wisconsin Licensed Home Inspector preferred (so you can begin inspecting right away).
If you're not licensed yet, we will also consider candidates who have successfully completed A.H.I.T. (American Home Inspectors Training) or another approved home inspector training program and are working toward licensure.
Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Spanish-speaking applicants are a plus, but not required.
Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential. Candidates who already hold a Wisconsin Home Inspector License will start at a higher commission rate based on their experience and ability to begin inspecting immediately.
Service Area
You'll be inspecting homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, working with buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to deliver thorough, high-quality inspections.
