The Company

Our client is a SGX-Listed company with diversified investments globally. With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Group Finance Director to lead the finance team and provide strategic business partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business impact and expansion for their global projects.

The Role

Reporting to Group CFO, you will serve as a strategic finance advisor to the global senior leadership team while driving business performance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation across the Group. As the global finance director, you will lead the group financial planning and forecasting process, reviewing key performance management results, and provide commercial insights to support key business and investment decisions. On top of which, this is also a key finance strategy role to champion group transformation projects and process improvement while building a high-performing finance business partnering team to strengthen organizational capabilities and support sustainable growth.

Your profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A and business partnering
• Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus
• Proven team leadership exposure
• Relevant industry in Engineering/Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction is preferred
• Chinese speaking is required to liaise with China counterpart stakeholders.
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
