Our organization proudly serves as the premier association for Human Resources, Recruitment and Retention, Wellness, Payroll and Benefits professionals in Arizona’s K-12 education system. We are dedicated to advancing excellence in school district operations through high-quality professional development, access to timely and relevant resources, and opportunities for meaningful collaboration across districts. Our mission is to equip our members with the tools, knowledge, and network necessary to navigate the unique complexities of K-12 education HR with confidence and integrity.

ASPAA’s mission is to promote and advance public education in Arizona through the collaborative efforts of public school administrators responsible for human resources management. By fostering the exchange of ideas, data, and information related to talent management and effective human resource practices, the association strengthens and advances the administration of school personnel across the state.

ASPAA’s vision is to achieve intentional growth and long-term sustainability by strengthening its impact, relevance, and leadership within the PK–12 human resources community. In pursuit of this vision, the organization will focus on excellence and advancement in the following areas: Professional Development; Membership; Engagement and Communication; Organizational structure, sustainability, and partnerships; and Advocacy.
